How does it work?
The ‘One Motion’ Ceiling mount works by pushing up on the stem, stretching the flexible arms and inserting it into a pre-cut 70mm diameter ceiling hole.
All control gear is fed through the hole and the mounting plate clamps flush to the ceiling. Readjusting cable heights is a snap. Just push up on the stem and pull the ceiling mount down. A cable lock and cable tie are attached to cable for easy cable height adjustment. The new height is set. Easy as that. Re-insert the ceiling mount into 70mm ceiling hole.
