St John of Gods Bendigo

St John of Gods (Bendigo) redevelopment project encompasses a new 3 storey building with 52 new bedrooms spread over 2 floors plus space for future expansion, and the redevelopment of the existing entrance area to create a more dynamic identity and enhanced visitor experience. Substantial redevelopment works have included updating the existing surgical department with 2 new theatres, additional recovery bays and theatre support accommodation, plus refurbishment of 69 existing patient bedrooms, the existing Surgical Admissions Units, and the internal Atrium space.

One important aspect of clinical observation is the reliable detection of cyanosis, that is, the bluish discoloration in the skin and mucous membranes, which indicates that oxygen levels in the blood are dangerously depleted. LimeLite’s Klean44 is the perfect hospital lighting solution. IP44, sealed for cleanrooms with the option of Cyanosis modules, allowing doctors and nurses to clinically observe a patient for cyanosis.

Where a sealed unit isn’t necessary our Linear 100 Plater Recess luminaire is a neat and tidy lighting solution for a plaster ceiling. Easy installation with our mounting brackets and ‘plug and play’ 3 core 2m Flex and Plug.
